Hey guys made some changes/improvements to ELKS blog. Been meaning to update the template.. was busy with NS.. no time.. *other lame excuses*

Here's a list of the changes made:
* Minor adjustments to site appearance
* Minor adjustments to tagboard
* Made entry author's name visible
* Added a comments section
* Added monthly archives menu
* Added last 1o entries menu

Hope you guys will like it.. Let me know if there are any bugs/problems with the new template. >:]
